Once you have assessed your existing content, the next step is to gather and build your content library in GLX. This involves:

  • Identifying and sourcing assets, including images, videos, audio files, and other relevant content.

  • Organizing assets in folders to create a structured and easily navigable content library.

  • Managing access by granting permissions to team members, ensuring that they can easily collect and download content as needed.

By gathering and consolidating your library content, you create a centralized repository of assets that can be easily accessed and utilized by your team members, streamlining the storytelling content creation process.

First, identify what you have and where to source it. Organize content into GLX Media Library folders and subfolders from content sourced locally or imported from external sources.

Manage access by securing folders and granting permissions as needed, while also considering public access for easier sourcing of the content from others.
