This topic explains how to import content into a workspace or Media Library.

To import content into a workspace from an external source, another workspace, or Media Library use the Add Assets panel.

Adding an asset is simple: select the source and pick the asset to import into the workspace as shown here.

You can also request an asset as shown above. To have someone upload the asset from a link provided in an email, provide the emails one or more collaborators that can supply these and an optional note. They will be provided a link to upload their content to your workspace.

You will receive a notification if you have configured your notification settings as shown here.

Importing content into Media Library is similar than a workspace. You can import content at the root of Media Library or within folders. If you want to move content or folders to another location, use the move feature.

Using the sidebar import location buttons select a source to import content from. To import the content within a specific folder drill down to the folder.

To move content from one location to another, select the items and use the move feature to move the assets to a new location.
